Katie Ray is a third year film and television major at CU Denver with a love for film, literature, and all things storytelling! With a special interest in acting, scriptwriting, and anything camera related, she has a soft spot for visual narrative. Movies have been a constant companion in her life and she hopes everyone can see a little glimpse of themselves in her stories.

Lily Boles is a filmmaker from Denver, CO. With experience as a Director and DP, Lily is honored to be a Co-Showrunner for the That's Gonna Leave a Mark production. She is beyond proud of the entire cast and crew for their hard work and dedication to the web series.

Location Scout & Vehicles

Alyssa is from Colorado Springs and found the enjoyment of film through portrait photography and the essence of cinematic storytelling. She is excited to help bring this story to life with the rest of our talented cast and crew!

Unit Production Manager

Matteen Saremi is a third year film student at CU Denver. He's an up and coming director with eyes on feature film making. He loves comics, video games, and a good old fashioned book.

Director of Episode 2

Addy is a female filmmaker from Denver, Colorado. As an aspiring writer and director, she values telling stories featuring tales of femininity and hopes to create films that women everywhere can identify with. The experience of making That's Gonna Leave a Mark was a fun challenge as Addy had never directed another writer's script before, but she couldn't be more proud of the result!

Production Designer

Haley Aldinger is a Production Designer and Editor based in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys bringing fun, unique stories to life.

Abby has always wanted to be an editor, in either film or TV or both. She would like to edit narrative film or television in particular. She’s from Aurora, CO and currently attends the University of Colorado Denver for Film and Television. She also enjoys assistant directing and hopes to explore it more alongside editing.

Hair and Make-up

Stella Birrenkott has always wanted to work in children's television, which she believes is a vital component for building a strong foundation of social-emotional skills that turn kids into emotionally intelligent adults. She currently attends the University of Colorado Denver working towards a BFA in Film & Television and a minor in Human Development and Family Relations. Her focus is writing but she also enjoys Production Design. Stella is from Durango, CO but has lived in Maui, HI and Madison, WI for different parts of her childhood.

Sage Hammer is a student at CU Denver studying Film and Television. His focus is on being a cinematographer. He enjoys working on stylized films with an artistic feel. Sage has a background in theatrical lighting and has a Bachelor's Degree in Theater from Fort Lewis College. Outside of school and work, Sage likes to hike, read, and play with his 9 year old cat. He is an advocate for Human Rights and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Rowan has been writing, directing, and producing short films since high school. She loves how visual storytelling can leave every viewer with a different interpretation. Movies have provided her with inspiration throughout her life, and she hopes to do the same for others.

Carson Holleb is a filmmaker based in Denver Colorado and San Fransico California.

Carson has worked on a variety of projects such as narrative films, music videos, corporate videos, and documentaries in roles such as Camera Assistant, Grip and Electric, Assistant Camera, Gaffer, and Director of Photography.

When Carson isn’t filming he loves cooking meals, exploring nature, and walking around the city

Lauren is a Colorado-born filmmaker currently studying at CU Denver. She is passionate about creating films that are both impactful and thought-provoking, aiming to challenge her audience's perspective of the world around them. Through her films, Lauren explores the idea that truth is multifaceted and ever-evolving, and that it's only by examining the gray areas of life that we can truly begin to understand the complexities of the world. She believes that this in-between space is where the most profound stories are found, and where the most significant changes can be made.
